Job summary

A leading construction firm in Negros Occidental is looking for a document management specialist. The candidate will handle the full process of document operations, ensuring compliance with coding standards and confidentiality regulations. A minimum of a Certificate/Diploma level education is required, along with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PPT. Experience with document management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Capable of independently completing the full-process operation of document receiving, registration, review, distribution, retrieval, and filing, ensuring the uniqueness of document versions and traceability of circulation traces.
  • Experience with document management systems preferred.
  • Able to classify and store documents in accordance with document coding standards.
  • Possess awareness of document risk management and control: capable of identifying expired and invalid documents, promptly initiating the cancellation/replacement process to avoid misuse; able to strictly implement confidentiality management regulations for confidential documents (such as trade secrets and technical drawings).
  • Proficient in using office software: Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
Qualifications

Minimum Certificate/Diploma level education required.
