The Documents Controller's main task is to produce materials for shop production / fabrication, ensures compliance with quality standards, and supports efficient communication across teams by providing timely access to up-to-date information.

Responsibilities

• Material Preparation: Produce and prepare necessary materials for shop production / fabrication.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all production and materials comply with established quality standards.
• Information Management: Support efficient inter-team communication by providing timely access to up-to-date information (e.g., drawings, specifications, schedules).

Qualifications

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Drafting Technology (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong sense of ethics, sound judgment, and integrity
• Effective time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Solid critical-thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyze options and evaluate solutions logically
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively in a team environment
