- Will be responsible for document management.
- The deputy will ensure all documents are properly controlled, formatted, revised as needed based on company procedure.
- Will also manage document registers, logs and database for efficient traceability.
- The deputy will be responsible in maintaining a centralized filing system for easy retrieval, ensuring version control is enforced.
- Will act as a custodian of documents from QC, R&D, Production and SRA. The deputy will ensure proper filing, access control, and retention in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Consolidation of documents from R&D, QC, Production and SRA for timely and accurate submission to Sales Team. This will improve turnaround time and will enhance client responsiveness.
- Prepare and organize documents for audits (internal/external) and regulatory inspections. Assist departments in maintaining proper documentation for audit readiness. Review and improve document control procedures for efficiency and compliance. Support quality management initiatives and participate in corrective/preventive actions related to documentation issues.
- Will be working closely with departments such as Sales, Production, R&D, QC, and Engineering to gather, review, and control necessary documentation.
- Good written communication skills. With good grammar, spelling and formatting abilities for creation, reviewing and editing of documents.
- Ability to organize, classify, and archive documents efficiently using both digital and physical filing systems.
- Attention to Detail; should have a high level of accuracy when reviewing and processing documents.
- Advanced skills in Word and Excel (for logs/registers). Quick to learn and adapt to new document management software or quality systems.
- Bachelor degree in food science or related field (since they will be handling documents related to QC and R&D)
