Job Description
- Develop, implement, and evaluate district business plans aligned with national and regional goals.
- Allocate sales targets and trade investments to assigned BDMs and review their performance plans regularly.
- Conduct fieldwork, coaching, and align merchandising strategies across agencies and CORD teams.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and ensure smooth coordination with Credit, Collection, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure reach and calls/day targets are met, and maintain availability of priority SKUs through optimal distributor coverage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in general trade, sales management, or distributor development—preferably in FMCG.
- Strong leadership and field coaching capabilities with a strategic mindset.
- Proven ability to manage trade investments and drive operational execution in the trade.
- Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
