A leading FMCG company is seeking a Sales Representative to manage distributors in Region 3, covering Bataan and Zambales. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Responsibilities include developing sales plans, managing trade activities, and driving product placements in key accounts. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside a team-oriented mindset.

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree.

  • Will be handling areas in Region 3 - CLR (Bataan and Zambales)

  • Has strong analytical and planning skills, good communication, mathematical and presentation skills, excellent problem-solving skills and computer literate.

  • Must be a team player, patient, open-minded, has willingness to learn and work in fast-paced workplace and can handle task under pressure.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales particularly in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).

  • Has experience in managing distributors for local key accounts, groceries, market stalls, sari-sari stores is an advantage.

  • Responsible for all sales activities of the distributors to trade, from distribution, merchandising, and promotional activities in an assigned territory.

  • Develops and implements approved Sales and Marketing Plans which meet business goals of expanding customer base in the assigned areas.

  • Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of distributors and trade satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

  • Working closely with appointed distributors and manage the over-all sales and distribution of company's business product portfolio.

  • Responsible on expanding the product placement in all potential trade channels in the distributors covered territories or areas.

  • Has the ability to develop plans, programs and establish rapport for the growth and development of UPPC products in covered areas accounts.
