Job Summary
The Distributor Manager is responsible for achieving overall sales targets in the assigned territory by ensuring the availability of Nabati products to customers across all channels through effective management of partner distributors.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen business partnerships with distributors.
- Ensure distributors' operations are efficient and effective, including warehouse & inventory management, logistics, and sales force.
- Implement, follow up, and update the Field Sales Plan for the assigned distributors.
- Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies, including Nabati/local trade policies, safety, and local regulations.
- Ensure distributors perform their roles and achieve KPIs set by Nabati.
- Collaborate with key partners to meet vendor targets through campaigns and activations.
- Identify growth opportunities in each category and develop strategies to prioritize and grow these categories.
- Create, track, and analyze insights from activations, and conduct post-mortem reviews for continuous improvement.
- Work with the marketing team to launch campaigns and track their performance.
- Provide input for marketing campaigns based on field insights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in an FMCG organization.
- Experience leading a sales team.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Analytical and creative thinking capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to onsite and shift schedules.
