We are looking for Distributor Managers for the following area:
Responsibilities
- Manages partner distributors in assigned area
- Responsible for ensuring achievement of sales targets, profitability, and distributor performance.
- Responsible for planning and execution of area initiatives.
- Develops and executes distributor sales processes, account and area and channel specific strategies and trade programs to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual volume plan.
- Ensures achievement of product availability and visibility based on RPS standards set.
- Utilizes data from the Distributor Team in developing the area’s monthly, quarterly and annual volume forecast by SKU and by category.
- Drives the quarterly business reviews and the monthly S&OP meetings with the distributor's management team within North Luzon.
- Conducts fieldworks and on the job training/learning sessions for distributor sales personnel, documents on the job learning and reviews performance, identifies performance gaps, and formulates training programs
- Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of relevant work experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
