  • Drives quarterly business reviews and conducts fieldworks.

Skills

Job description

We are looking for Distributor Managers for the following area:

  • North Luzon

Responsibilities

  • Manages partner distributors in assigned area
  • Responsible for ensuring achievement of sales targets, profitability, and distributor performance.
  • Responsible for planning and execution of area initiatives.
  • Develops and executes distributor sales processes, account and area and channel specific strategies and trade programs to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual volume plan.
  • Ensures achievement of product availability and visibility based on RPS standards set.
  • Utilizes data from the Distributor Team in developing the area’s monthly, quarterly and annual volume forecast by SKU and by category.
  • Drives the quarterly business reviews and the monthly S&OP meetings with the distributor's management team within North Luzon.
  • Conducts fieldworks and on the job training/learning sessions for distributor sales personnel, documents on the job learning and reviews performance, identifies performance gaps, and formulates training programs
  • Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
