The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or a related field, with 1–3 years in distribution planning or inventory management, and proficiency in Excel. Fluency in English and Filipino is preferred, and willingness to be assigned in Marikina.

• Identify and address slow-moving, excess, and aging stocks to improve inventory efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with logistics and store teams to guarantee timely and accurate stock transfers.
• Proactively respond to replenishment needs and ensure product availability to enhance overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute timely and accurate distribution to stores based on demand forecasts and sales trends

• Drive high On-Shelf Availability (OSA) while maintaining optimal stock levels across all locations

• Identify and address slow-moving, excess, and aging stocks to improve inventory efficiency

• Coordinate closely with logistics and store teams to guarantee timely and accurate stock transfers
