Qualifications

  • Experience in operations, compensation administration, financial transaction processing, reporting, or a comparable support function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with operational systems, reconciliations, data validation, and process documentation.
  • CPA license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in UAMS system enhancements and related projects by providing operational input.
  • Prepare, validate, and record MIMPH commission entries accurately and within established processing.
  • Identify and implement process automation and efficiency improvements that reduce manual effort.
  • Enhance GROUP and ASI1 processes and support the timely and accurate payment of agent Provident Fund.
  • Administer the Agents Provident Fund, including transaction processing and record maintenance.
  • Validate daily CRR reports, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrections.
  • Respond to inquiries from agents and internal departments, providing accurate information.

The Distribution Accounting Supervisor supports the accurate, timely, and efficient administration of agent-related operations. The role participates in system enhancements and cross-functional projects, manages compensation and provident fund activities, validates operational reports, processes distribution-related transactions, and responds to inquiries from agents and internal departments.
