Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Transport Coordinator or Dispatcher.
• Valid Driver's License (restriction 3 or D) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with route personnel and manage emergencies.
• Willingness to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations Team on substitutes for missing Drivers, survey itineraries, and handle related paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensures smooth operation of day-to-day transport activities.
• Ensures vehicles are in good running condition, reports to Service Team any maintenance or troubleshooting related concerns.
• Supervises and monitors fleet operations by creating timetables, handling route delays, and dealing with accidents and/or other emergencies.
• Coordinates with Operations Team on substitutes for missing Drivers, surveys itineraries, and handle paperwork related to the services.
• Build internal and external customer relationships.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years work experience as Transport Coordinator or Dispatcher
• Must possess Valid Drivers License restriction 3 or D (preferred)
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle route personnel
