• Monitor and track shipments in real-time to ensure on-time performance and proactively address delays.

• Communicate daily with drivers, port authorities, and customers to resolve issues and provide status updates.

• Utilize dispatch software and GPS tracking systems to manage driver assignments and optimize routes.

• Process transportation-related documentation, including billing paperwork and proof of delivery.

• Understand and assist with the liquidation process related to containerized cargo.

• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, driver records, and load documentation.

• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, port entry procedures, and internal company policies.
