Overview

Our client has an opening for a bright, outgoing personality to fill a crucial full-time position as a Dispatcher in our service department! This role is vital and requires thriving in a fast-paced office environment, handling a high volume of calls, texts, and emails with our field staff and clientele. We value respect and a fun work atmosphere, incorporating jokes throughout the busy day.

Responsibilities
  • Real-time debriefing
  • Updating incorrect data in our CRM - Service Titan (equipment, tags, etc.)
  • Adding sales opportunity tags
  • Verifying GPS to punch times
  • Focusing on internal administrative tasks and documentation within the system
  • Prioritizing and dispatching service calls to HVAC techs, plumbers, and electricians
  • Maintaining and communicating the on-call schedule for service technicians
  • Updating customer database with current information
  • Communicating clearly with internal teams and customers
  • Utilizing technology and software to complete daily workflows
  • Initiating post-service follow-up to monitor performance and customer satisfaction, and entering leads into our service management software
  • Supporting administrative staff and service personnel with various projects
  • Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications

Extensive experience in BPO, computer literacy, and experience with internal administrative tasks and documentation within the system.

  • At least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced office environment required
  • A high school diploma is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent verbal communication, email etiquette, and tech-savviness
  • Team-player mindset and collaborative attitude
  • Ability to take responsibility and work independently when needed
  • Resilience to constant change
