Job summary

Sta. Elena Golf Club, Inc. is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment, while supporting the kitchen team and keeping the work area clean and organized.

The role requires a High School graduate with potential background in Food and Beverages, and a willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays. Immediate start is preferred and safety standards must be observed.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to perform dishwashing, kitchen cleaning and basic kitchen support duties.
• Must follow proper food safety, sanitation and cleanliness procedures.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays as required.
• High School graduate, Vocational or Undergraduate applicants are welcome.
• Preferably with background or training in Food and Beverages.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of the dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Dispose of food waste and maintain proper waste segregation.
• Assist in basic kitchen cleaning and other support tasks as needed.
• Ensure clean items are properly stored and ready for use.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
