AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain – #Discover II 2026/2027 – Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October 2027. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will run from April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consist in?

In partnership with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has designed an exclusive program (Discover) for those seeking the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to develop as future professionals. You will have the opportunity to study a Master organized in three training blocks, designed to help you discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, allowing you to learn and complete your academic background.

The internship starts in early October 2026 and lasts 11 months (August is excluded for all purposes). It is a full‑time experience (40 h/week) with an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description

The design of aerospace structures is a complex and multidisciplinary process involving mechanical engineering, materials, aerodynamics, and manufacturing systems. A key objective is ensuring structural integrity under all operating conditions and possible scenarios.

Structural analysis faces multiple sources of uncertainty, including geometric and dimensional tolerances, material properties, and loading conditions. To overcome these limitations, machine‑learning models are proposed to efficiently analyze and predict reserve factors (RF). The method enables precise analyses with reasonable computational cost while consistently meeting high safety standards required by the EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) certification.
