Job summary

IOM in Manila invites applications for a roster of qualified candidates to support its emergency response operations. Roles focus on coordination, data analysis, and reporting to strengthen humanitarian assistance across disaster and displacement contexts.

Candidates should have a background in social sciences or related fields, with relevant field experience in emergency settings, DRR/CCA, and strong Excel and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with two years’ experience, or high school with four years’ experience.
• Experience liaising with authorities, UN agencies, NGOs, and partners.
• Experience with humanitarian settings and multi-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementation and monitoring of emergency response activities to deliver humanitarian aid.
• Collect, analyse, and present data on disaster impacts and needs for planning.
• Monitor budget implementation and obtain required approvals.
• Coordinate administrative and operational tasks with partners and service providers.
• Draft situation reports, updates, donor reports, dashboards, and other docs.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and capacity-building activities with stakeholders.
• Maintain project files and beneficiary data; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Perform other duties to support preparedness, response, and resilience.
