Job summary

Conservation International Philippines is seeking a Director for Program Delivery and Development to lead the TRANSCEND Project and to advance CI Philippines' marine conservation agenda. Based in Quezon City, the role drives strategy, partnerships, and sustainability, while guiding multi-stakeholder initiatives across priority seascapes and landscapes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field with strong leadership experience.
Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder conservation programs.
Experience with budgets, donor compliance, and program reporting.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for TRANSCEND and CI Philippines’ marine portfolio.
Oversee planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and governance processes.
Lead partnerships with government, communities, NGOs, and donors.
Mobilize resources and identify opportunities to scale conservation impact.
Mentor teams, foster inclusion, and drive organizational effectiveness.
Represent CI Philippines at national and international forums.
