Job summary

Allucent is seeking a Director, Pharmacometrician to lead population PK analyses and guide strategic pharmacometrics efforts in a CPMS environment. Qualifications

• Life science, healthcare and/or business degree with strong pharmacometrics background.
• 10+ years in drug development, pharmacometrics, and regulatory submissions preferred.
• Experience with regulatory report writing and IND/CTA/NDA submissions is essential.
• Proficiency with NONMEM, Pirana, and R software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead population PK analyses and develop innovative PK strategies.
• Design, analyze, and interpret clinical pharmacology studies and optimize sampling and dosing.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients and own deliverables in clinical pharmacology plans.
• Author PK reports and contribute to regulatory documents and agency interactions.
• Represent clients in regulatory interactions and support business development.
