Qualifications

Extensive experience leading compliance, AML, risk management, or regulatory programs in financial services.
Deep knowledge of BSP regulations, AMLA, AMLC, sanctions, and financial crime risk.
Proven success partnering with senior leaders and regulators to navigate complex requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead the compliance and financial crime strategy to protect the business and ensure sustainable growth.
Drive regulatory excellence by identifying emerging risks and guiding strategic decisions.
Strengthen control frameworks for AML, sanctions, and fraud prevention.
