Job summary

MedGrocer is seeking a Supply Chain Director to architect and optimize the global pharmaceutical delivery network. You will secure supply lines, enhance cold-chain logistics, and leverage technology to ensure patients receive the right meds at the right time.

You will lead enterprise-scale procurement, analytics, and 3PL relationships while driving continuous improvements across the logistics footprint in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–12 years of supply chain leadership experience in pharma or FMCG.
• Expertise in logistics technology, cold-chain management, and procurement strategy.
• Strong leadership with experience managing large, multi-functional teams.
• Must work onsite in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Architect the long-term supply chain strategy, including warehouse footprint, logistics technology, and cold-chain infrastructure.
• Direct enterprise-level procurement strategies to optimize costs while ensuring 100% inventory availability for critical medications.
• Lead the integration of advanced supply chain analytics and AI-driven forecasting to minimize waste and maximize fulfillment rates.
• Govern strategic relationships with global pharma manufacturers and 3PL providers to ensure service level excellence.
• Oversee regulatory compliance for FDA pharmacy standards and logistics safety protocols at an enterprise scale.
