You will manage cross-country operations, capital projects, budgets, and vendors, driving cost efficiency and program delivery. Strong leadership, global real estate awareness, and data-driven decision making are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in facilities management or related field with regional leadership.
• Proven ability to develop regional facilities strategies in a global organization.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
• Experience leading capital projects and portfolio optimization.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety, risk management, and business continuity.
• Familiarity with IWMS platforms and data-driven decision making.

What it Takes:

• 12+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, corporate real estate, or a related field, including leadership of regional teams.
• Proven experience developing workplace and facilities strategies in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget ownership, forecasting, business case development, and vendor management.
• Experience leading capital projects, workplace transformations, space planning, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Working knowledge of facilities compliance, workplace health and safety, business continuity, and risk management practices.
• Experience using workplace technologies, IWMS platforms, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making approaches.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders across diverse cultures and markets.
