Ideal candidates have experience editing paid social ads, a strong eye for hooks, and proficiency in Premiere Pro. DTC/eCommerce familiarity is a plus, with a collaborative, iterative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience editing paid social ads (Meta preferred).
• Strong understanding of hooks, retention, pattern interrupts, UGC pacing, text hierarchy, and ad fatigue.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects is a plus.
• DTC or eCommerce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Edit and optimize Meta video ads for direct-response campaigns.
• Create multiple creative variations for testing.
• Collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, and designers.
• Iterate based on performance data, not personal preference.
