Job summary

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greeting guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
  2. Escorting guests to their tables and presenting menus.
  3. Providing detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverages.
  4. Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relaying them to the kitchen staff promptly.
  5. Ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  6. Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
  7. Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
  8. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
  9. Assisting in the setup and breakdown of tables and chairs for service.
  10. Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
