Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: At least college level
• 1-2 years experience in casual dining environment and experience in F&B
• Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor

Responsibilities

• Cleans and prepares the dining area.
• Greets customers and helps them to their seats.
• Maintains knowledge of every menu item.
• Documents orders accurately.
• Serving food and beverages
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
