Kitchen Team Member

Job description

• Prepare the food order indicated in the Order Slip (OS) by following the Standard Procedure per station.

• Maintain orderliness within the kitchen and stock area by systematic arrangement and standardization.

• Preserve cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and stock area, including washing dishes and mopping the floor.

• Ensure quality control, account for incoming and outgoing stocks, and maintain FIFO and good condition of all items.

• Ensure that station and area reports are properly accomplished and accounted.

• Log all wastages, spoilages, and expired products, and ensure they are accounted for versus the theoretical count in the POS.

• Conduct proper counting and inventory of station tools, raw materials, and items.

• Ensure proper grooming and hygiene, and that food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.

• Ensure all products assembled and prepared are of high quality and meet serving time.

• Set up stations and collect necessary supplies to prepare the menu during operations.

• Prepare a variety of foods as part of Frankie’s Menu.

• Arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes for the allocated station.

• Cover, date, and correctly store all food prep items.

• Notify Head in advance of unlikely shortages.

• Serve menu items compliant with established standards.

• Use food preparation tools in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.

• Follow proper opening and closing procedures of the kitchen.

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the shift.

• Consistently use safe and hygienic food handling practices.

Qualification:

• At least a High School graduate.

• With at least 6 months working experience specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

• Experience in Fast Food Chains is an advantage.

• Exemplary Guest Service and Team Player attitude.

Dining Team Member

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take the guest’s order, communicate it to the Kitchen Area, deliver food/drinks within standards, and process billing.

• Check availability of any discount or privilege card of the guests.

• Check back with guests to see how they enjoy their stay, food, and ambiance.

• Provide and request the guest to accomplish the Guest Feedback Card (GFC).

• Check the accuracy of the change and table number before giving it to the guest.

• Buss out tables and prepare fresh table settings.

• Check all guests’ order slips and completion status to ensure order completeness.

• Take additional orders from guests for dine-in or carry-out.

• Provide other requests from guests.

• Provide excellent guest service.

• Preserve cleanliness of the dining area, equipment, furniture, fixtures, and comfort room.

• Ensure proper grooming and hygiene, and that food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.

• Ensure excellent guest service is observed and practiced at all times.

Qualifications:

• With 1 – 2 years working experience specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

• Experience in Fast Food Chains is an advantage.

• Can communicate well in English and Filipino.

• Exemplary Guest Service and Team Player attitude.
