Job summary

AIA in the Philippines is seeking a Digital Business Consultant to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to drive the Operations Strategy through new solutions, campaigns, BAU initiatives, and key transformation projects that will help achieve OKRs.

The role involves discovering innovative solutions, translating requirements into high-quality stories, building roadmaps, and collaborating with Operations and IT to maximize investments and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year course) or above from leading colleges or universities.
• 5 years of experience in business analysis, process reengineering or systems and control implementation.
• Proven track record of successful delivery of operational transformation programs and projects.
• Deep understanding of insurance operations, processes, and systems.
• Strong analytical, business analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple small to medium size priorities without compromising timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Operations Product Delivery: Execute the product vision and strategy on the supported value stream; establish long-term goals and roadmaps.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and digital transformation; translate requirements into user stories and success criteria.
• Delivery Excellence: Validate outputs against processes, design UAT scenarios, and provide training and support during transformation; collaborate with other departments and partners.
