Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc. is seeking an IT Manager - Systems & Digital Transformation Delivery to lead hands-on technology deployments across the organization.

You will manage the technical delivery team, drive enterprise system implementations, and ensure successful digital transformation initiatives through disciplined project governance and modern SDLC practices. Qualifications

• Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive IT experience in Enterprise systems management and ERP implementations.
• 2–3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience leading technical teams or cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise system implementations, enhancements and integrations across ERP, HRIS, document management, productivity platforms and other business applications.
• Develop project plans, budgets, governance structures, and implementation strategies, managing the full lifecycle from requirements through post-implementation support.
• Oversee digital transformation, application development, automation and workflow improvements using Agile, SDLC and DevOps practices.
• Analyze business processes, document requirements, prepare business cases, and track realization of project benefits.
• Coordinate stakeholders, functional and technical teams, vendors and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Evaluate solution options, vendor proposals, costs and alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Oversee data integrations, pipelines, dashboards to ensure timely, reliable information for decision-making.
• Manage technology vendors, system integrators, and service providers, including SLAs and contracts.
• Ensure readiness, transition, and handover to IT Operations with training and documentation.
