Job summary

EY Philippines is seeking a Risk Consulting Manager to lead IT internal controls and risk management engagements. You’ll oversee delivery, guide senior staff, and work with clients to strengthen IT control environments across SOX, ITGC, and related frameworks.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global teams, leveraging AI/ML and emerging tech to enhance client solutions, and advancing EY’s mission of building a better working world.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of related work experience preferred.
• 3–4 years in IT Risk and Compliance required.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CCSK, ISO 27001 are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery and provide technical leadership to the team.
• Build relationships with clients and manage engagement deliveries.
• Identify control gaps and drive remediation across IT risk programs.
• Support business development and cross-sell opportunities.
