Job Description and Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience as a Sales Representative

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Main Responsibilities

  • Be knowledgeable about digital products (ERP, Websites, CRM etc.)

  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion

  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs

  • Emphasize the features of digital products to highlight how they solve customer problems

  • Answer questions about the products

  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements

  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
