Job summary

PUMA Group is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to join our Makati-based team. You will perform UI, sanity, functional, component and end-to-end testing, create test scenarios, and document defects to help deliver robust PLM applications.

You will plan, estimate and prioritize testing activities, manage user access rights, and provide 1st and 2nd level support. The role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration in a multi-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance and/or 1st and 2nd Level Support.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work under short deadlines.
• Collaborative across multi-cultural teams.
• Degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform UI, sanity, functional, component and end-to-end testing.
• Create well-defined test scenarios and test data.
• Plan, estimate and prioritize testing activities.
• Create comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases.
• Identify, record and document defects accurately.
• Analyze automated regression tests and provide feedback to developers.
• Manage user access rights and e-mail notification.
• Ensure test environment data is in sync with LIVE data.
• Provide 1st and 2nd Level Support for PLM applications.
