MicroSourcing is actively seeking a Digital Marketing & Web Specialist in Eastwood, Quezon City. The role is hybrid with a night shift, focusing on driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and setting appointments with healthcare providers.

You will manage digital campaigns, nurture leads, and coordinate payments while collaborating with a diverse team. Ideal candidates have experience across social media, email, CRM tools, and inside sales, with bilingual or multilingual

• Proven experience in lead generation, marketing, appointment setting or inside sales.
• Strong digital savviness across social media, email, messaging, and CRM tools.
• Excellent relationship-building, organization, and follow-up with a goal-oriented mindset to hit booking targets.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to quickly learn health and wellness products and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing initiatives and engage with prospects across social media, email, messaging, and phone to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Communicate product and service benefits clearly to prospective clients while building trust and educating them using approved health and wellness materials.
• Convert qualified leads into booked appointments with proactive lead nurturing, direct scheduling, and appointment confirmation workflows.
• Track lead activity, follow-ups, and conversion metrics within CRM systems while escalating clinical or medical inquiries to appropriate providers.
• Support payment collection activities by following up on outstanding client balances and maintaining accurate transaction records according to established processes.

Your Role

As a Digital Marketing & Web Specialist, you will:

What You Need

• Proven experience in lead generation, marketing, appointment setting, inside sales, or customer engagement.
• Strong digital savviness with comfort managing prospects across social media channels, email, messaging platforms, and CRM tools.
• Exceptional relationship-building, organization, and follow-up skills with a goal-oriented mindset to hit booking targets.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to quickly learn health and wellness products and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior experience in the health, wellness, dietary supplements, or healthcare industry.
• Full bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) with a professional, personable, and persuasive communication style.
• Hands-on background running digital marketing or social media lead campaigns.
• Experience navigating CRM systems and lead management software.
• Proven track record in inside sales, appointment setting, or pipeline management.
• Experience supporting payment collections, invoicing, or customer account administration.
