Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Digital Marketing Officer in Pasay City with a hybrid work arrangement. You will support digital campaigns, publish content, and manage calendars across brand social channels.

This role requires staying current with marketing tools and platform updates to drive store openings and promotions. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, 1–2 years of experience, and be comfortable with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising Arts, BSBA or related field.
• 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Male candidate.
• Work schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives aligned with the brand strategy.
• Produce and publish digital content across the brand's social media platforms.
• Prepare and manage the social media content calendar based on campaigns.
• Assist in planning product photo and video shoots for digital content.
• Maintain and monitor the brand's social media, ensuring regular posting and engagement.
• Coordinate with third-party partners and mall marketing teams for digital collaterals.
• Update the company website and social accounts with current materials.
• Stay updated on digital marketing tools and platform changes.
• Provide digital support for store openings and promotions.
• Assist other marketing tasks as directed by the Marketing Manager or Brand Communications.
