We are looking for a Native Korean Speaker to join our team. This role will provide administrative support while assisting in marketing activities targeting Korean-speaking clients and markets. Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Provide general administrative assistance to management and various departments.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documents.
• Maintain records, databases, and filing systems.
• Handle email and phone inquiries in Korean and English.
• Coordinate office operations and support day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Assist with data entry, documentation, and record management.

Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for Korean-speaking audiences.
• Create, translate, and proofread marketing materials in Korean and English.
• Manage and update social media platforms and online content.
• Coordinate marketing events, promotions, and client engagement activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the Korean market.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Support lead-generation initiatives and customer relationship management.

Qualifications

• Native Korean Speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative, marketing, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
