A leading wellness brand in Quezon City is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and manage marketing strategies across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing within retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle industries. Strong project management and communication skills are essential. Immediate start preferred. This position requires on-site work 6 days a week.
Develop, implement and manage the digital marketing strategy aligned with brand goals and business objectives
Oversee all digital channels (e.g. website, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, influencers, etc.)
Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution - from ideation to reporting • Oversee content creation, storytelling, and visual direction to ensure consistency with brand identity • Collaborate with internal creatives and external partners to produce high-quality digital content
Manage social media strategy, calendar, and community engagement across platforms (FB, TikTok, YouTube, other channels)
Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree
3-5 years of relevant experience in retail, e commerce, FMCG, or wellness/luxury lifestyle industries
Pharmaceutical / Medical field is an advantage
Proven project management skills and track record in managing successful digital campaigns and e-commerce growth
Creative and has great storytelling and communication skills
Proficient in digital tools (GSuite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify/WordPress, Mailchimp/ Klaviyo, Canva, etc.)
Can work on-site 6 days a week in Quezon City and attend events (as needed)
Can work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders • Strong social media presence, analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
