Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media advertising strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
  • Manage daily ad boosting activities, including budgeting, targeting, and scheduling posts.
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics to ensure ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the creative team for content creation, captions, and visuals suited for paid campaigns.
  • Research market trends and competitors to improve ad reach and engagement.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on ad performance and spending.
  • Supervise the marketing team in executing digital campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Suggest and implement new ways to increase online followers, leads, and conversions.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and online content follow brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with branches or partner outlets for local promotions or special events.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (experience in ad boosting is a must).
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics.
