Job summary

TGT Global is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing professional to drive multi-channel campaigns from home in the Philippines. You will shape content, manage campaigns across social, email, and paid media, and deliver data-driven insights to optimize ROI.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Proven experience delivering multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, paid media, and search.
• Strong content marketing and campaign execution skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, analytics, and paid advertising platforms; LinkedIn marketing experience is a plus.
• Experience tracking campaign performance, reporting insights, and optimizing results.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid media, and search to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
• Create compelling marketing assets, including social content, email campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into effective, measurable marketing initiatives.
• Provide regular updates on campaign outcomes, performance trends, and optimization opportunities.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and customer-facing communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, streamline execution, and maximize marketing ROI.
