An established industry player is seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to drive their marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data analysis.
2. Content Creation and Brand Management:
Create, curate, and manage content for the website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone.
3. SEO and SEM:
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google AdWords, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI.
4. Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor interactions.
Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to track and report on key performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements.
7. Website Management:
Ensure the company’s website is updated, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions. Work with web developers to implement changes and improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media platforms, email marketing tools).
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Technical Qualifications:
• Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google AdWords, Google Analytics, HubSpot).
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development principles.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
• Knowledge in multimedia tools such as Adobe / Canva.
