A dynamic digital marketing firm in Metro Manila seeks a Digital Marketing Assistant to aid in executing multi-channel marketing strategies across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and more. The ideal candidate has a degree in Marketing and at least 1 year of digital marketing experience, showcasing strong analytical skills and creativity. This is an on-site role five days a week, offering opportunities to contribute to innovative marketing initiatives.
JOB SUMMARY: The Digital Marketing Assistant will be responsible in assisting with development and execution of digital marketing strategies specifically handling multi-channel platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Lazada & Shopee Ads) that align with our business objectives and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products across various online platforms
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for increasing brand awareness and driving sales
Monitor and optimize digital campaigns, ensuring they are effective, efficient, and aligned with the company's marketing goals
Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and continuously improve marketing performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for innovative approaches to enhance the company's online presence
Oversee the development of engaging and impactful content for various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact of digital marketing initiatives
Prepare monthly and weekly performance reports across all platforms
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing
Ability to work on-site 5 days per week (flexi-time)
Knowledgeable in multiple marketing tools: Facebook/Meta Ads, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and Google Ads for SEM
Knowledge in SEO and Shopify preferred but not required
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, ecommerce trends, and digital advertising best practices
Passion for staying ahead of industry developments and leveraging emerging trends to drive business success
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms for data analysis and performance tracking
