Duties & Responsibilities
  • Analyzes digital marketing campaign performance across channels, including paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Develops and maintains marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business objectives.
  • Conducts A/B testing and performance experiments to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Utilizes Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to measure traffic, engagement, and user behavior.
  • Supports SEO strategy through keyword research, backlink analysis, and website performance tracking.
  • Collaborates with marketing teams to provide insights and recommendations based on data findings.
  • Ensures data accuracy and integrity across all digital marketing platforms.
  • Monitors industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive performance to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assists in audience segmentation and targeting for personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Generates insights for paid media optimization, including bid strategies, audience targeting, and creative performance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably in healthcare or marketing industries.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and digital advertising analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data manipulation tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards is a plus.
