Digital Marketing Account Manager

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager who can both manage client relationships and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both client-facing conversations and behind-the-scenes campaign management, with strong skills in analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.

What You'll Do
  • Client Relationship Management: Be the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service and communication. Keep client documentation, timelines, and deliverables organized and on track.
  • Campaign Planning and Performance Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels. Collaborate with creative, technical, and content teams to ensure campaigns meet client goals. Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs, providing regular performance reports with actionable insights. Recommend new strategies, budgets, and tactics based on performance data and industry trends.
  • AI & Tools Integration: Use AI tools and automation platforms (ex. ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut) to streamline workflows and elevate creative output.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field (or equivalent practical experience in digital marketing).
  • 1 to 3+ years in digital marketing and account/client management.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, social media, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation for marketing workflows.
  • Proactive and with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to use own computer/laptop during the entire employment.
  • Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule and graveyard shift, and in a hybrid setup (work-from-home with occasional on-site work when required).
