Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Marketing or Business.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in digital user experience or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of website analytics, usability metrics, and performance measurement.
• Experience creating reports and developing data-driven strategies.
• Familiarity with auditing digital data points on websites, including GTM tags and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from digital platforms and end-user feedback.
• Prepare performance reports and presentations with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data completeness and accuracy for performance measurement.
• Monitor website and platform performance using GA4, Power BI, and Similarweb.
• Manage digital platforms in collaboration with IT and other stakeholders, from planning to deployment.
• Support platform enhancements and deployment of new digital features.
• Develop data-backed digital strategies with Brand, IT, and Customer Experience teams.
• Contribute to platform innovation and process optimization addressing user needs and business goals.
• Participate in fieldwork and user experience research to gather insights.
• Translate findings into recommendations for current and future digital experiences.
• Coordinate multiple digital projects with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
