A leading consulting firm in Taguig is seeking a Senior Manager to drive the Digital Engineering Technology Competency. This role is to fulfill the job opening for a Senior Manager to lead and drive the Digital Engineering Technology Competency for EY GDS Philippines Consulting Service Line. As key leader in the organization, this role will be pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of the competency to achieve growth and success of digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Team Management
Maintain an open and transparent communication with the team members
Lead and mentor high performing teams

Drive talent acquisition, performance and development of the team to enhance competency through clearly defined metrics and objectives
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities contributing to revenue growth and market expansion within GDS and across EY
Work with pursuit and EY member firms to create solutions with compelling value propositions for clients
Develop business case, business KPIs and Benefits Realization plan and measure KPIs
Technology Excellence
Stay ahead of new technologies, industry best practices and market trends to hone the skills and capabilities of the competency
Drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies
Understand current IT environment and industry IT Trends to identify the engagement and client service issues
Client Engagement and Delivery Excellence
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges
Foster strong client relationships ensuring client satisfaction and delivery success through management and leadership of large-scale engagements and projects with ability to run client status meetings and deliver executive level presentations that drive actions and decisions.
Qualifications:
At least 13 years of deep process and technical experience with in-depth knowledge of digital transformation, cloud technologies, IOT, AI, and other emerging technologies.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance or any related field.
Proven leader in various sectors across business domains like Government and Public Sector, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, Hospitality, etc. with strong experience in leading large-scale teams working with various geographical locations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of the English knowledge
Experience in communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations, using tools such as PowerPoint/ Excel/Word/ Visio
Must have presentation skills with ability to create presentations to communicate solution architect to various stakeholders
