DIGITAL DIRECTOR

The E-Commerce Director will lead the overall strategy, direction, and execution of Titan’s digital initiatives, ensuring business growth and an enhanced user experience across Titan22.com and the Titan Mobile App. Responsibilities include defining key priorities in digital marketing, SEO, customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, while driving innovation. They will oversee content strategy, platform development, internal systems, and major projects, ensuring seamless integration between digital and physical channels. Data-driven decision-making, with a focus on consumer insights, analytics, and financial forecasting, is essential to optimize performance and revenue.

The E-Commerce Director will collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders, aligning digital strategies with business objectives. They will also build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a research-driven culture and staying ahead of industry trends to maintain Titan’s competitive edge.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Management, or related fields

  • At least 8 years of proven experience in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing

  • Strong leadership experience managing internal teams and external partners

  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Success in developing and executing comprehensive sales and digital marketing strategies

  • Proficiency in Shopify and Google Analytics

  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and online marketing strategies

  • Knowledge of e-commerce operational requirements such as supply chain logistics, payment gateways, customer experience management, UI/UX, and website development

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Results-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop strategic plans (short-term and 1-3 years) for the Digital Department to achieve sales and financial targets

  • Manage and develop Titan’s Digital function, setting key strategic priorities to drive brand and business success, focusing on target achievement, user experience, digital marketing, SEO, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and innovation

  • Provide vision and frameworks for digital content, platform updates, internal systems, and major projects

  • Lead a user-centered research culture, reviewing analytics and KPIs regularly

  • Utilize consumer insights to create sustainable, customer-driven initiatives, campaigns, and services

  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables

  • Create forecasts and budgets for the department

  • Monitor financial performance and report to stakeholders

  • Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements

  • Optimize digital platforms for consumer experience and operational efficiency

  • Create integrated campaigns between physical stores and digital channels

  • Deepen understanding of web development tools and oversee operations accordingly

  • Collaborate with the Senior Director for Innovation on integrating digital and physical store experiences

  • Work with leadership on strategic initiatives

  • Ensure online product availability aligns with consumer demand

  • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate team members

  • Perform other tasks as assigned
