Signature 4 is seeking a versatile Digital/Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support a growing portfolio of brands across ecommerce, consumer products, marketing, and agency work. You’ll collaborate with US-based leads and be part of conversations, learning brands, and gradually owning projects.
You’ll work within Asana, contribute ideas, and design across campaigns, email, social, ecommerce, web, and print. The role emphasizes ownership, curiosity, and collaboration.
We're looking for a versatile Digital/Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support a growing
portfolio of brands across e-commerce, consumer products, marketing, and agency work.
This isn't a role where you'll simply receive a list of resize requests and work in isolation. We want this
person to become an integrated member of our creative team — participating in conversations, learning our brands, collaborating with other designers and marketers, and gradually taking greater ownership of creative work.
Reporting & collaboration: You'll report to our Senior Designer/design team lead and work closely with our US-based Lead Designers, who set creative direction for most campaigns. Because our team spans the US and the Philippines, this role requires a few hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time (typically morning Eastern / evening PH) for feedback, reviews, and live collaboration — outside of that window, hours are flexible.
Initially, you'll spend time learning our brands, workflows, creative systems, and expectations, working from established creative direction to build and execute assets across campaigns, email, social, ecommerce, web, and print. As you grow into the brands and team, the ideal person will become comfortable contributing ideas, making design decisions, and owning projects with less direction.
Your work may include:
Some projects start from creative direction or a key visual set by another designer, which you'll translate into the full system of assets a campaign needs. Others will eventually be yours to concept and develop independently.
All work is assigned and tracked in Asana, our system of record for tasks, feedback, and review across the US and PH teams — you'll be expected to work within it daily, not just receive files over email or chat.
We're looking for someone with strong design fundamentals who is equally comfortable with creative thinking and execution, and who approaches the work with ownership rather than waiting to be told what's next.
You should have:
We don't expect you to understand every brand immediately. We do expect you to be curious, engaged, and willing to learn them — and to collaborate well with designers, marketers, developers, and other team members along the way.
Experience with several of the following would be valuable: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, CapCut, Shopify, Asana, Klaviyo, AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT, Claude, image-gen)
You do not need to know every platform on day one. More important is that you understand design fundamentals, can learn new systems quickly, and know how to use technology as a tool — without relying on it to make creative decisions for you.
You’ll probably enjoy this role if you’re the type of designer who likes variety — one day building a campaign from an established concept, the next creating a Shopify product page, preparing a print file, editing photography, or experimenting with a new AI-assisted workflow.
We’re less interested in one narrow design specialty and more interested in a strong, resourceful designer who can think, learn, adapt, and create across different types of work.
Please submit:
– Your resume
– A link to your portfolio (work that demonstrates both creative thinking and strong execution)
– A brief introduction about yourself and the type of design work you enjoy most
– A short description of any AI or emerging creative tools you currently use and how you use them
Candidates who move forward should expect a conversation with members of our creative team and a small practical design exercise, so we can better understand how you approach a project, interpret a brief, and work through creative decisions.
