Job summary

HelloConnect in Inoza tower, BGC, Manila seeks a seasoned Creative Designer to shape digital marketing assets across brands. You’ll execute designs, translations, and resizes, while managing projects from concept to final delivery under tight deadlines.

Bring 4+ years’ agency/brand experience, proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma and Midjourney, plus Jira/Sprout/Slack. A strong portfolio and typography skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years experience at a creative agency or design-led brand.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma and Midjourney.
• Experience with Jira, Sprout and Slack.
• Digital design experience across social media, ads and emails.
• Strong portfolio with refined aesthetics.
• Solid typography, design systems and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of interaction design and research methods.
• Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in

What You’ll Do

• Develop and design consistent and effective digital marketing assets (static and video) across multiple markets, brands, and categories of the business.
• Seamlessly execute resizes, adaptations, and translations across a variety of digital marketing assets.
• Manage the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from the conceptual stage to the final product against tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with global inter-departmental teams including operations, procurement as well as stakeholders in local markets.
• Uphold global brand identity guidelines and translate them into any creative projects you are working on.
• Create effective paid marketing assets and campaigns through innovative and creative solutions relevant to existing trends.
• Offer advice to juniors and share knowledge with colleagues, encouraging others to share and explore their ideas.
• Maintain high standards and ensure only the best work is released to stakeholders.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, digital design trends and technologies.

What You’ll Bring

• BA degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years experience at a creative agency or design-led consumer brand.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, Midjourney, and other design softwares.
• Experience with organizational tools such as Jira, Sprout, Slack, etc.
• Experience in Digital Design such as but not limited to; social media, paid ads, eDMs, CRMs, reels, etc.
• A dynamic portfolio that showcases a finely tuned and nuanced aesthetic.
• Strong in typography, design systems & visual storytelling.
• Advanced understanding of how to apply the methodologies of interaction design and research to business problems.
• Conceptual thinking.
• Strong creative instincts and willingness to push further through experimentation.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
• Highly collaborative, driven by creative excellence.
• Organized and adaptable to a fast-paced workflow.
• Efficient, able to prioritize workload, keep a cool head and work under tight deadlines.
