Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Digital Content Producer to craft compelling video and multimedia content that strengthens brand communication across digital channels. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce engaging content, manage digital assets, and leverage AI-powered tools to boost production quality and efficiency.

The role requires experience in video production, photography, audio production, and post-production editing, plus strong project management and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Film, Media Communications, Photography, or related field.
• Proven professional experience in video production, photography, audio production, and post-production editing.
• Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Excellent project and time management with ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging video and audio content for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Produce internal communications, training videos, and instructional multimedia content.
• Build and maintain a centralized library of digital media assets for company-wide use.
• Leverage AI-powered content creation tools to develop, enhance, and optimize video production workflows.
• Maintain brand consistency by applying visual guidelines across all multimedia content.
• Coordinate production schedules and support other multimedia and creative initiatives as required.

Your Role

As a Digital Content Producer, you will be responsible for creating compelling video and multimedia content that strengthens brand communication across digital platforms. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce engaging content, manage digital assets, and leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance production quality and efficiency.

Specifically, You Will

• Develop engaging video and audio content for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Produce internal communications, training videos, and instructional multimedia content.
• Build and maintain a centralized library of digital media assets for company-wide use.
• Leverage AI-powered content creation tools to develop, enhance, and optimize video production workflows.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Film, Media Communications, Photography, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience in video production, photography, audio production, and post-production editing.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience using AI-powered creative tools to produce and optimize video content.
• Previous experience supporting retail, e-commerce, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) businesses.
• Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, products, and supplier ecosystems.
