Job description

Essential Function

• Capture high-quality video footage for promotional materials.

• Shoot and edit videos, ensuring that they maintain a high level of quality and coherence with the artist's brand and musical themes.

• Adapt videos for various social media platforms, understanding the unique requirements and best practices for each (e.g., Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

• Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices.

• Collaborate with clients or creative teams to understand project requirements and vision.

• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into video production.

• Other: creating graphics layouts, web banners, promotional posters, and branding mock-ups.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge and understanding of the TikTok UGC Content

• Video Content production experience in FMCG is preferred

• Proven experience with E-Commerce Short Video Affiliate Program with proven sales data

• Proven experience and expertise in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing short-form video content, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.

• Familiarity with various video formats and technical requirements for different social media platforms.

• Strong creative vision and storytelling skills can translate musical themes into engaging visual content.

• Ability to manage time effectively, handling multiple projects with varying deadlines.

• Adaptability and openness to feedback, continuously striving for improvement and excellence in video editing.
