Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years in eCommerce, content management, or digital shelf monitoring.
• 1–2 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee content syndication, aggregation, monitoring, and Amazon back office.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Digital Commerce Specialists.
• Monitor and enhance digital shelf performance using key tools.
• Drive large-scale digital commerce initiatives and market onboarding.
• Engage stakeholders and report KPIs and website performance.
