Job summary

Benifex is seeking a Digital Production Specialist to create and adapt digital design assets for client-branded employee benefit platforms. Working with pre-configured Figma templates and Adobe Creative Cloud, you will apply client branding to emails, brochures, and platform graphics, and manage annual campaign updates.

You will operate from a centralized ticketing queue, ensure fast, accurate delivery, and maintain file formats, naming conventions, and asset organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital design, graphic production, or artworking in a studio, agency, or in-house team.
• Expert, high-speed execution in Figma with pre-configured templates and platform mock-ups; Adobe CC on Mac.
• Template adaptation with strong layout accuracy and brand guideline application.
• High attention to detail, self-proofing and accurate exports across formats.

Responsibilities

• Platform Asset Production: generate, export and format assets using Figma templates.
• Template-Based Campaign & Brand Updates: apply brand specs to refresh campaigns and platform mock-ups.
• Ticketing & Queue Management: manage design tickets, meet deadlines, log status updates.
• Internal Communications Assets: create visuals for events, initiatives, and announcements.
• Quality Control & File Formats: ensure correct formats, dimensions, and exports.
