Job summary

Nestlé Business Services AOA, Inc. is seeking a Content Management Associate in Meycauayan, Bulacan to manage digital assets in the DAM system. The role focuses on tagging, uploading, and ensuring IP documents are properly attached across markets and brands.

You will coordinate with markets, design agencies, and legal teams, ensuring tagging rules and GS1 standards are followed while supporting asset reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
• Familiar with Branding and Marketing communications.
• Experience in a corporate, multi-cultural setting.
• Familiar with Digital Asset Management tools.

Responsibilities

• Tag and upload market assets in DAM with proper information and IP documents.
• Coordinate with market stakeholders, design agencies, and legal.
• Ensure tagging follows DAM Rules and GS1 standards.
• Generate asset status reports for markets.
• Audit asset tags with Senior Content Management Analyst.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely project delivery.
