Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: Install and align cutting dies (steel rule or rotary) and secure them in the press bed.
• Operation: Operate machinery to cut, score, or trim paper, cardstock, or cardboard materials.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure accurate registration, clean cuts, and correct folding creases (creasing/scoring).
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubrication, with die tools.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety rules, housekeeping, and 5S standards
• Perform other duties assigned by superiors
